Meeting in Oradea – Romania

The ERASMUS+ DO IT YOURSELF project meeting (code 2021-1-FI01-KA220-SCH-000034324) was a collaborative effort that took place in Romania on January 8 and 9, 2024. This project brought together educators and project participants from five European countries: Portugal, Finland, Slovenia, Romania, and Italy. The primary objective of the meeting was to share experiences and enhance the educational practices of the attendees, with a focus on the crucial role of information technologies in education. 

During the meeting, the following points were discussed:

  • Innovative teaching methods: Implementing digital technologies in the curriculum and developing new interactive teaching methods.
  • Open Educational Resources: Creating and using educational resources that are freely accessible to support lifelong learning.
  • Personalizing learning: Adapting teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • International collaboration: Improving communication and cooperation between educational institutions in the participating countries to promote best practices and innovation in education.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity for participants to share ideas, learn from each other, and develop new strategies to enhance education through the use of information technologies. As a result, the meeting successfully fostered a spirit of international collaboration, promoted the use of innovative teaching methods, and underscored the importance of open educational resources and personalized learning in our educational systems.
